When I first when in to look at a vehicle, I was immediately approached by a salesman, which made me feel like they wanted to talk to me about a car regardless of my age. Then going over the details with the car I wanted, they made me feel comfortable with making my decision and give me confidence in purchasing my vehicle. They were able to get me approved for a loan within a day. Love the young atmosphere they bring and the genuine interest they have in me as a customer. SO pleased with my experience today at Jacobson! I stopped in wanting to test drive 4 different vehicles, and Max was so patient with me. He was knowledgeable about each vehicle I asked about, and didn't push or rush me into making a decision. When I got back from each test drive he had the next vehicle pulled out and warming up for me. They even put air in the tires on my trade-in vehicle, just in case I didn't end up buying today.
