Bought a 2011 Jeep compass within 3 days something on the transmission went out they offered to fix it but I wanted my money back but they refused. So I allowed them to fix it once they fixed it and and I got the truck back the change oil light came on.. with me only driving 200 miles .. I regret purchasing a vehicle from them and honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this horrible experience.

Update: they did give me a oil change .they just forgot to reset the lights.
My 2004 saturn broke down on the hwy one of these recent cold winter nights and these guys fixed my car up good, explained everything thoroughly and had the best prices in town not to mention great customer service. Great job and keep up the good work! Happy holidays JR and team!
They fixed my struts and springs which was the problem but they charged $300 for labor and $800 total. Then they wanted to charge another $333 for a part that wasn't even broken. I know because I took it home and the part they said needed further repair didn't need it at all. I am in college and don't have the money to fix things that are unnecessary. Makes me wonder if I was ripped off on the struts that needed repair. Their costumer service was good but it took 13 days to fix it and they knew I am no car expert. I'm not stupid. Be careful with these people and make sure that they charge you fairly.
