This will be my third vehicle I purchased from Bergstrom in the past fifteen years and I cannot complain about the service on any of them. I saw a vehicle online and called about it after hours and was contacted the next day and also called by the switchboard person the next day to make sure I was being taken care of.
They're a bunch of sharks who only want your money. I have half a mind to report them to the BBB.
It's inside the Subaru building at the end. There's no big sign pointing that out. DO NOT GO TO THE HYUNDAI STORE NEXT DOOR. I accidentally went in there and they ignored me for about twenty minutes.
I'd recommend Wil Heinz in sales to anyone. He let me drive the car that came in before they serviced it and showed me the other option I was looking at and answered any questions I had. He was patient, kept me in the loop and informed us when the car was gone through and ready for a formal test drive from my spouse and I. And the vehicle we were interested in never got sold out from underneath us like a dealership in Appleton did to me. That dealership said I couldn't test drive the vehicle because it was in the shop getting brakes. Then they told me it was sold. Not mentioning any names, Gustman, but that is poor business. Bergstom never pulled that on us for any of the vehicles we purchased from them.
I will never buy another car from here. They are very dishonest and will not fix anything wrong with the vehicle. I test drive a car and heard a small noise but thought nothing of it. The salesman said their precheck came back mechanically sound. Well it's now 2 months later and over $500 in repair costs. And of course they won't stand behind their vehicles. Don't trust them!!! It's no coincidence they only have a 3 star rating. And the 5s are probably their employees posting bogus reviews to offset the true reviews.
We are return customer to this Bergstrom location. For each purchase our sales person Mark Beilfuss has been outstanding in helping us navigate the buying process. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for an advisor and not a salesperson. Mark took time over several discussions to understand our needs and situation then help us through our decision making process. We really appreciate the consultative approach this dealership takes. This was consistent through the process from our first contact with Mark and finishing with Nick in finance. We got a great vehicle at a great price. This team worked to create an outstanding customer experience and got it right.
Although I cannot comment on servicing my vehicle there, and I get that it isn't the easiest place to find being at the end of a line of dealerships, and I get that there isn't a huge blinking neon sign that says "Used Car Lot Here," but that wasn't grounds for not stopping in.
The finance manager, Carey Harder, was exceptional as well. Wil entertained our offers and potential trade in and took care of us from start to finish, I'd recommend him to anyone.

Sales guy asked me to put $100 down to hold the car for me so it wouldn't sell. Next thing I know is the Financial Manager, who isn't in any chain of command, is telling me he's already got the paperwork done with the DOT/DMV and I'm fighting to get my cash back despite being promised it was completely refundable. The entire time they're saying they just want to 'make me happy and help me get a car' while refusing to do what I asked.
