The parts team here is great. They are always able to help me find the parts and supplies I need. Sometimes a delay due to special order stuff, but that's expected and I always receive a courtesy call when it arrives.
1. Their staff treats me respectfully and calls me by my first name, even when I'm wearing my motorcycle helmet.
2. The team here we're able to help me get my first helmet and made sure it fit perfectly.
Great price on my sled ....beautiful facility...however the owner actually said I'd just as well never sell anything out of state....I drove 9 hours to make a purchase and was treated like trash

3. Although I went with another motorcycle after testing out one of their bike, their positive support to my riding experience has been really appreciated. This makes me want to return to Team Winnebagoland and shop, or simply chatting with them about motorcycling.
Had a favorable experience looking at bikes there this spring. Justin Larsen dealt with us and explained the pros and cons to some of the touring bikes they had on the floor. Was not able to come to a deal on what they had in inventory, but felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. When looking for a motorcycle, these people are worth your time. They have a nice facility with knowledgeable sales people.
