If I could choose zero stars I would. This place is a nightmare! Your dogs and cats are not restrained properly and are brushed so long they are getting brush burn. They also have no policy on stressed out animals. They will continue to groom your cat/dog as it defecates/vomits/or urinates (doesn't matter how many times they do not stop.). Also they use 2 velocity dryers on 1 dog at the same time increasing the risk of seizures in some dogs. Julia the only groomer there yells at your dogs and is very unprofessional as is the owner Arlene. They also do not properly sanitize the kennels putting your dogs in grave risk of illness/disease. Any other groomer in Oshkosh is 100x better then this place. Please don't bring your pets here. Arlene will say I'm lying because the truth makes Aurora Kennel look bad. The only sad thing here is Arlene has no problem lying about her business to anyone. You have been forewarned!

I had taken my dogs a couple other places and never really had a good experience. The staff at Aurora Kennel in Oshkosh was so kind and my dog looked great!!! Best experience with a dog groomer I've ever had!!!
