I arrived during a rain shower. Before I could open my car door a man came out of the store with an umbrella. He greeted me and held the umbrella over my head as he escorted me into the store. The moment I stepped inside a woman greeted me and asked me how she could help. She immediately located the 30 lb bag of dog food i needed and carried it to the check out. After paying another woman carried the bag of dog food to my car. The store is neatly organized and seems to have a wide variety of pet products, and the prices seem quite fair.

I have never been more blown away by the level of kindness, friendliness, and service offered by everyone working here! Every time I visit I'm treated like an old friend or family. Someone is always waiting to open the door for you and welcome you in, eager to help you with anything or answer your questions. They are very open to building a relationship with you and your pets remembering their needs and exchanging helpful advice and stories. The store sells high quality foods, and the staff are very knowledgable in their different benefits and able to offer samples for you to try. Starting our two cats on a new diet was so pleasantly easy and I couldn't be happier!

Staff are supremely knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of treats and foods is great. I was grateful to the staff for sending me home with some samples of cat kibble for my picky eater so I didn't have to gamble on an entire bag before knowing for sure the cat would eat it. I had my dog with on our first visit, and she was treated like a queen.
