Took 50 minutes for delivery and turns out it's some of the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten! Nothing like dropping $50 for total disappointment. WILL NOT be eating here ever again.
Food is pretty bad. Not worth the money.
My last review was much better than this one. Now, I understand that the food quality is hit or miss. There is only one thing I order from Li Yangs, it is the Egg Foo Young. They are the only Chinese Restaurant in the Fox Cities (maybe even Wisconsin) that serves the correct brown gravy. Everywhere else has some type of hoizen sauce that is bitter. Over the past several years, I have learned to test my food in the car after pick up. A couple weeks ago, the sauce was spot on. It was wonderful and heavenly (really). Today, it was off and sour, almost rancid tasting and had a yellow color that shouldn't be. I went back inside with my sauce and tried to explain my situation. I gave them the chance to make it right but the cook just defended the sauce she made. I'm sure it was what the cook was used to making and a different cook was responsible for the heavenly sauce two weeks ago. I may chance it again. Maybe next time I won't accept an inferior sauce. I just wanted to say this place was great! I haven't even finished my food and I'm already writing a review...and I don't do reviews. Food is better than most of the Chinese places I have been to and the price is very reasonable and the delivery was delivered in a timely fashion A+ guys!! I'm so happy to have a good Chinese place to go to an Oshkosh now that delivers as well!
Save your money!!! the food is so god awful that its not even worth the 5 dollars... i truly mean that. to start off with, i got the the orange chicken and my wife got the sesame chicken, both were EXTREMELY dry, almost no sauce and it was also very bad. not only was the chicken dry but so was my fried rice. i ordered the house special fried rice and it was ... i'm not exaggerating here.... the worst fried rice i've ever had, NO FLAVOR. my wife ordered the lo mein and i wish i had something better to say but i don't... and if that isn't enough from stoping you from coming here, inside the location smells repulsive. dirty, dirty inside.......... i was really hoping when i ordered that this was going to be my new spot in Oshkosh. but it wasn't... so cheap, but you honestly you don't even get your moneys worth....... if your looking for real good Chinese, go to jades dragon.
