Been waiting over 3 hours for a sandwich. If you call they just tell you it's on the way to get off the phone with you. Terrible service, definitely won't be eating from here again.
Very slow. The papa johns across the street consistently delivers hot pizza to my house in 30 minutes and these guys take over an hour to deliver some simple deli sandwhices. Definitely order Jimmy Johns if you are trying to get a sub delivered, they are way faster and always fresh!
Ordered food 2 hours later I get a call asking if I still want my food. Very unprofessional over the phone. Love the food but won't be ordering anymore this is the second time "they never got to my order" says the employee over the phone
Love the subs, but am never getting delivery again. Have ordered delivery twice and have waited over an hour each time all while not receiving what I ordered. The store is only 0.7 miles away....
I order from this location all the time simply because I love the food but the service is absolutely horrible EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The Appleton locations are always great, but between the driver that showed up at my door telling me that I didn't tip him when I did, the two hour delivery time and bread forgotten that the driver never came back with, and the rude employees over the phone, this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced in the food industry.
