I would lean more to 2.5 stars than 3 stars. Only gave it 3 stars because the food was hot. Overall, it was not that great. People who came in after my party, was served before us. I saw a gentleman, waiting to have his soda refilled, walked past multiple times in a five minute time frame. Don't even get me started on the set up of the place. An operational management student would have a field day with all the changes they could make to make Johnny Rockets more efficient and more profits in return. After all this, I moved them down to a 2 star place.
I really like Johnny Rockets, but I can't get over the fact they got rid of their bottomless fries and sweet potato fries. The portions do seem smaller as well. But the waitress, Adalia was wonderful. And it wasn't too busy. Usually I come at the busy times and it's hard to even get a seat. I still love this place thought.
Fantastic service.. We had such an awesome waitress and the meal was so filling. The cookies n cream shake was amazing
I was there earlier today I was sitting there waiting for my food watching the older guy which was the cook trying to cook are food an these guys look like managers they was taunting him an giving him wrong orders an he turned around an ask why is you giving me wrong orders stop playing! I will never go here again because they treat employees bad this guy was telling them that he was in pain an stop playing!!!
The food was good. The kids loved the hot dogs and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. The shakes were pretty great too. The price however was pretty crazy due to the fact that everything from fries to drinks was billed separately. Definitely try the burger with the onion rings and ranch.
