Went in to pick up either a fitbit or a garmin (I hadnt decided yet). Pushed button for help and after a few minutes, a gentleman came up and told my husband he would be right there to help him. My husband clarified that I was the one who was requesting help and the gentleman still addressed my husband as he walked away. Never made eye contact with me. When he came back, he still addressed my husband and my husband clarified again that I had questions about the differences between the garmin and the fitbit. I then stepped in and clarified my question as to quality and feature differences. The gentleman stuttered a bit and then said something about the applications. Here's why I am giving a 4 out of 5. Another worker, Bryce, stepped in and was fantastically helpful. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions, walk me through my decisions and ultimately set it up so that I could order the one that would work best for me. He was not only knowledgeable about the products, he used his own personal experiences to explain the benefits. He was personable and passionate about his job. You could tell he genuinely wanted to be there and wanted to help. I am very grateful for his help and am really excited for my purchase to arrive. The first gentleman seems to need some more training OR, multi-tasking simply isn't his thing. Not sure. He wasn't mean or intentionally rude, he simply was struggling in his role a bit. Bryce could help train him. Also, there was a manager present, female, (I didnt catch her name) who was awesomely helpful as well. Thank you guys for the help! Anyway, 4 stars overall:)
So thankful for Becca at the Oshkosh, WI location!!! I had ordered a golf shirt online that came with 2 small holes in it. It looks as if the price tag was put in the wrong spot initially, removed, then put in the correct spot in a seam to prevent holes such as this. Becca called around to other locations in Wisconsin to see who had the same exact shirt in stock. One location mailed her a shirt but unfortunately that one as well had holes in it from the same type of situation. She then called another location to have them send one of their in stock shirts to her. I just received a voicemail that she has a shirt in hand and is shipping it out to us today! She was bound and determined to make sure we got a good quality shirt! Thank you so much for all of your help Becca and excellent customer service!
