Went in to the Oshkosh outlet mall location last night to purchase two items my wife wanted me to pick up for her. I don't care how much they are, and I don't use coupons. The man hating manager lady lectured me on why I couldn't purchase items because it wasn't black Friday yet. I asked if i could buy the same items online and she laughed and proceeded to ask me if i was aware of how Black Friday sales work. They admitted that they had the items in the back, and told me they would ring up at regular price and not the Black Friday price. I could care less about the black Friday price, I just wanted the items I was asked to go and purchase. This morning I get a Facebook ad telling me I can "beat the Black Friday rush" and "buy it today" for the discounted price.....
Love Carter's online selection more. Service was slow and store was unorganized.
I'll do Carter's the favor and not purchase anything from them in the future. Who would have thought a $12 pair of pants would have given this lady a mental breakdown.
