Daylight savings times or not.. this was ridiculous hassle for a pizza.

*The morning after when I called THE STORE, an insincere apology was all i was offered. The lady who spoke to me basically said 'tough luck'
The online service let me order online at 2:00am November 1st. I then received an email stating my order was cancelled when my card was still CHARGED.
I just started ordering from here. Good pizza and there's always a deal to be had. I highly recommend the thin crust spinach alfredo pizza!

Friendly service. I was given a coupon for a free pizza next time simply because they had accidentally cut my pizza in triangles instead of squares.

I never had to complain. They noticed the problem and took care of it on their own!
lesson learned: no more papa johns in Oshkosh... or the only decent form of customer service will be the corporate office!!
(personal note) I ended up working in a food service industry last year during this same instance. My crew stayed open for a good reputation!
