Stopped for late night appetizer and drink. Waitress was outgoing and fast. Food came quickly and was hot. Great experience.
Lunch was Gr8 had a South of the border burger was out of bounds with taste, and proportion. My friend had the taco fish and schimp lunch with Spanish rice, she was very satisfied with her meal. We had dessert it was also done well. Come and enjoy. The water view outstanding.
Very bland food and lackluster service... I can only recommend this place if you're at the convention center and it's too cold or wet outside to walk somewhere else. There's a reason why most of these have gone out of business. Fountain drinks are still ginormous though!
Had the steak fajitas and they were very good. Also tried the 1/2 price happy-tisers after 9PM and was pleased (hot pretzels and spinach dip). Also $1.99 Long island's after 9PM. Good place on the river in downtown Oshkosh.
I ate there with my family on Sunday, 7/3 at around 6pm. We sat in the dining room, which was fairly empty, probably due to perfect weather and a terrific patio. I had the salmon with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables. Others in my group had sirloin tips, nachos and a burger. My honest thoughts: Drink orders were taken quickly, but the food took about half an hour. While the dining room was empty, the patio was packed, and there aren't separate cooks for the dining room, so I'm okay with this. Parking was fine, but it's not intuitive. You have to use the free garage on the West side of the place, and an elevator takes you right down to the patio level. There's quite a lot of variety on the menu. I would have liked to visit Oshkosh longer to try a few other items. My salmon was delicious, but I would have liked a larger portion OR more of the pilaf. I look forward to visiting again.
