These people are amazing. Wonderful and very helpful staff! They let me design my fiancés ring. They did an excellent job communicating with me and guiding me along with this process. They built it from scratch! My fiancé absolutely loves her new ring and how unique it is. Would recommend this place to all!
Soo… I have been dating my girlfriend for over 6 years so I knew it was about time I popped the question...lol. Before I proposed, she would drop hints about rings by tagging me in Alyssa & Anna's Instagram pictures. The first day I walked into their shop I was greeted by Zack and I must say I was very impressed with his salesmanship. Sales to me is all about answering customer’s questions with confidence and not being too pushy. These are the qualities Zack possessed and he was awesome to work with. He was more than happy to work with me through every question I brought up. After a few visits, I finally knew exactly the ring I wanted and they were able to make it happen. It is the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen! (& I did a lot of shopping around). The best part about Alyssa & Anna is that you are working with a family-owned, local business - it doesn't get any better than that. You need to visit them if you have any jewelry needs and especially if you are going to propose… I promise you won’t be disappointed. Amazing experience. Helped me design and create a one of a kind engagement ring to ask a one of a kind girl. They were accommodating, experienced and patient. They made me feel like I was their best customer and their one and only focus. The process was fun all the way from concept to bended knee! I would recommend them, and would do it all over again.... except she said yes, so I won’t have to!! She loves to show it off, and presenting my love with a one of a kind ring gets ooohs and aahs from her friends, as well as brownie points for me.... if you’re not sure, just do it!
Alyssa & Anna Fine Jewelry did such an amazing job upgrading my ring! I was able to have my solitaire engagement ring transformed into a double halo and they also "tweaked" my wedding wrap so that still fit with my engagement ring and even better... I didn't have to give up the sentimental value of my rings! I love my ring and I love that I was able to incorporate something new while keeping the sentimental value of my rings; it means the world to me! I'm in love with my "new" ring. They all were so amazing to work with and I thank Zack for really understanding and capturing everything I wanted!
