The salesman was very informative and not "pushy". We went home and reviewed the product on the internet and found excellent reviews. We went back and bought the Speed Queen washer/dryer the next day. The two delivery men were very friendly, informative and helpful. A positive experience for us.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Much easier to shop this location versus the big box. Knowledgeable and don't have to wait around hoping you can find someone to help you. We had a couple issues with our purchase (manufacturing problem) and it was very easy to contract Van Vreede's and get someone out to look at the problem. We will continue to buy from them.
Terrible service. The sold an expensive appliance package to me and delivered it. Now they will not service it under warranty as they state we out of their service territory. They had no problem selling and delivering it. They just do not care about the customer at all after they get the sale.
