Only visited because I was in the area and unlikely to be visiting again.
I don't even want to give this place one star. I prefer to give it zeros for the shockingly poor customer service I experienced there. I went by the car stereos where there was one Best Buy rep helping a customer. No problem except it would have been polite for him to have acknowledged my presence and said, "I'll be right with you" or something like that. Instead he ignored me and I stood there patiently waiting and looking over the details of the stereos available. I stayed within his sight so he knew I had a question and he completely ignored me. Over 10 minutes had gone by and I asked if he could please call someone over to help me since he was still occupied. (and this was something he should have initiated). He called for assistance and again I stood there and waited for another 15minutes(!) before I pointedly asked him if someone was going to help me or what? He said, "Someone will be coming we are all busy", and i replied that I did not have time to simply stand there all day and left. In short, unless you intend on STANDING FOR A 1/2 hour or more before you get someone to help you, never go there. There are no seats and you are ignored until you speak up only to be ignored again. TOTALLY RUDE & COMPLETE WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME!!!
This is one of my go to brick and mortar stores. If I can't find it on Amazon or am too impatient to wait for my prime shipping I'll look for it here. I like that I can order online and pick up in store. I'm a Best Buy my rewards member so I make sure to add that every time I purchase something here. I've earned a good amount of Best Buy rewards cash because of that. I do wish that was redeemed a little faster though. Overall I think this is a great electronics store.
The place is vast and immaculate even on an evening when it was snowing. Very impressed.
Great place! The staff is always very helpful, especially Dave at the door. Knows where everything is in the store and always points you in the right direction.
Went with my dad to help him look for a TV. Greeted by a friendly associate who said he would send someone back to help us, no one ever came even though there were a lot of idle associates. We found a TV ourselves then it took about 30 min to check out with nobody in line. I don't want to judge all Best Buy stores based on my experiences at the Oshkosh store, where none have been positive. Even worse was how I was treated when I use to provide a service to the store, very rude and unprofessional with me. I always try my best not to buy from Best Buy and if I have to I do it online.
