The guy who showed up was discourteous. WIll call someone else if I need a tow in the future.
I have been going to Nolte's for over 20 years. I appreciate that I have been treated honestly and fairly. I feel confident that the mechanics have done quality work and been up front with me about my vehicles and what needs to be fixed. I do not feel like I have ever been misled, or given a list of "extra" stuff that "needs" to be done that really does not need to be done. I highly recommend Nolte's.
I went in the ditch this evening. An individual (Jason) from Nolte's arrived in a very reasonable amount of time based on the weather and the fact that others have been going in the ditch all day. Jason was efficient, friendly, and really helpful. He got my car out, noticed I had a flat tire, and fixed that for me, too. He even talked with me about what might have happened to cause me to go into the ditch, which made me feel better and gave me some perspective on the matter. You can't put a price on that type of emotional support. That, on top of the excellent service, is enough to make me recommend Nolte's wholeheartedly.
Thankful for the emergency towing
Previously I had good experiences with noltes but not this go around. I took my truck in for an a.m. scheduled repair for a misfire issue. Right away the mechanic guessed the issue. I waited about 6 hours and called noltes to find out what had happened. Didn't even touch the truck yet! He replaced a 30$ part the next day, charging me 100$ for the part alone. After "repair" the truck got worse so I went back to have them fix their mistake.. Now they had a new guess. Still did not fix it and charged me again! 500$ later... Truck runs worse than before they touched it. After doing some actual research and testing I fixed the truck for 50$. I would not recommend noltes service. Nice staff anyway
