On lake, some say " grumpy old man owner" but actually if you get to know him: " IT'S H I S CAMPGROUND AND LOVES ACROSS THE ROAD" I believe he wants the best he can offer,, a little picky and plenty of "verve"& " blood pressure" if you expect it only ;"your wy" at his dimain?
As you return to the highway, you can't or shouldn't miss the truck wash or the hotdogs (packed 99%) enroute to Oshkosh. If you want a little further north are the , casinos (3 1/2) of Green Bay ( near the airport is a : Vince Lombardi Steakhouse theme and spouse said entertainment is good and I moved around the bar (waiting) and changing locations to watch the 20 + different screens and snacks.

(FYI surge & water filters a VERY good option for newbies with new togs and CITY digestive tracks; country water & electric: I MAY BE PARANOID BUT: "if nothing hurts nothing hurts!" The people will help you park, level and offr good suggestions if you ask or need. A few full timers and " yearrounders"
This campground is a gem! We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The owner was friendly and very nice. Our site overlooked the lake and it was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!!!
If you "bunker camp" Walmart are near & the variety of groceries/ fresh food available ( FYI camp "store" is for essentials only and it goes to bed when the owner do.
Real stuff: fishing areas, wood and firepit delivered, honey dipper ( ask in a good advance ( not in cyber tech yet. Paper N Pencil lists) , dump central but two people better than one "octopus " to operate better, shower/laundry area : I macula tell but get a couple of rolls of QUARTERS at the bank for the pay shower: if your City folk , bring a shower for mat, hard water & too much soap aren't "blood related" in our opinion ( safety first) . Yes; if you rise early or bed late: small flashlight carabinererd to your belt/loop very handy: the lighting is good but higher up to attract the bugs away from spaces and walk ways, in building " read trademarks at midnight" can see if you need toe nail clipper in shower= well lit behind double entry doors.

He'll tell you the best quickest (writing paper pencil ready) way to get there and where to " park" to check in ( you'll know what I mean when you get there, don't worry but be ready for an OLD school time warp? First time & don't ask why. ) Extra specific detailed info is freely given by the regulars , if you ask a normally dumb quistion; but you will learn and understand how and why, suddenly.
