Our pet has a issue and they ran tests and charged us accordingly but it didn't help our animals pain and discomfort. We called back and they wanted to charged us for another office visit and to administer a shot for pain relief for the same issue which I do not have a problem paying for the shot but the visit is a continuation of the same visit from yesterday. That is not right. Why should we have to pay twice.
Thank goodness for the fast intervention of the staff at Badgerland Veterinary Clinic. We brought our 16 year old cat into the clinic very sick. We were sure our time with him had run out. The doctor knew just what to do and fast. We are a happy family again. We called every clinic in town and Badgerland was the only one that would see him. Thank you!!!!
Don't believe them when they say its okay to write them a postdated check. I wrote it for November 3rd and they said that would work fine and yet they still cashed it the day I gave them the check and costed me a 60 dollar overcharge includING the 25 dollar medicine for my cats ear infection. They refused to do a payment plan instead of the check. Now I can't pay my bills because of them. Definitely finding a new vet.
