Ambassador Travel helped me plan my wedding in Punta Cana. Dena was my group's agent. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Our wedding was the first that Ambassador had ever sent to the resort we were utilizing. If Dena didn't know an answer to a question I had she never hesitated to reach out to the resort rep, the excursion rep, or whoever else was necessary to get me an answer so I could plan accordingly. Dena went out of her way with all my guests too - we were a pretty sizeable group and she was able to keep all 29 of us happy! The rest of the team at Ambassador was also always helpful in the event I called and it was Dena's day off. Would highly recommend that you use Ambassador for any travel arrangements. Do not hesitate to put your big day in their hands if you are traveling for a destination wedding - they will take good care of you!!
