AWFUL PEOPLE TO RENT FROM. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR TENANT RIGHTS AND TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY. WELL I'M SORRY YOU LOSE AND YOU ARE NOT GETTING MY MONEY BECAUSE IT'S THE LAW! THE SAD THING IS YOU KNOW MY RIGHTS AND LIED TO MY FACE. YOU ARE A SLUMLORD AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS BEING A LANDLORD.
Worked there for a short stretch. The owner has illusions of grandure. He makes daily rounds berating his employees, solely for his own deviant pleasure. He manipulates and cheats his employees with pay and benefits, and also cheats his unknowing customers. He has very little knowledge about machining, and certainly is in no position to sell anyone machined parts. I witnessed unknown materials being machined into parts for Oshkosh Truck, as well as Kimberly Clark, and the owner was fully aware of this practice. There is Hydrogen Sulfide gas as well as heavy paint fumes permeating the air, and he does nothing. There is illegal wiring, no permit electrical construction, no guarding, etc. Using a junk cardboard baler as a shop press? WTH? This on top of all the really shady things this guy does with his other businesses. No shame. It makes my stomache turn, and I could write a book. He talks of bringing out boxing gloves to settle human resource issues. What a thrill that would have been, but since I am an adult I would probably turn that offer down. I hope that all his employees realize there are much better opportunities out there, and they should not feel like a cornered animal when at work. Walter may have money, but he is so clearly a sick individual who needs to seek help. There are good people there that deserve a job that pays an actual living, where they don't have to suffer the daily abuse. Unemployment is paying people that quit there, simply because he is paying so low. Do not work for this man, unless your choice is life or death.
Walter Engler owns a crappy rental house next to my house and while snowblowing the sidewalk backed his dodge ram truck into me causing injury and destroying my $1,000 snowblower and REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT. He will be charged with reckless driving (goto wisconsin court access and search Walter Engler to find MORE) and I will be represented by David K. Sparr & Associates in a civil lawsuit against Accu Tec for which he operates his rental company from. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
Don't rent from them, go anywhere else.
