Had a electrical trailer harness repair performed. Manager and technician completely listened to my troubleshooting efforts and were able to perform the repair in 1hr. Awesome! It was close to college moving day, the wait was more than I would have liked. (1/2 hour) The price was still decent, and the folks were friendly enough.
I've had a couple of experiences with this location now. First, we rented a storage unit for a few months while we were in the process of moving up here. The storage facilities are very clean. Highly recommend! Second, I was inquiring about renting a small trailer and the management was very courteous despite the fact that they were extremely busy, had a long line, and appeared to be tired/frazzled.
Walked in and told them I needed to haul a vehicle last minute, they installed a hitch and had a trailer reserved for me in no time. I was able to go make the sale later that day thanks to these guys. Thanks again!
