I had a great experience with the service department at Kossels Appliance. Bob was very knowledgeable and repaired our clothes dryer in a timely manner.

The top shelf of our dishwasher broke. We called Kossel's. They told us that the part is under recall, it will be free and I could wait until they fix it. When I arrived the technician was not in but it would of been difficult for me to come back again. They were so kind that they offered if I leave the part there they will fix it and bring it to my home. The shelf was beautifully fixed and brought to our house an hour later. I think it was way above excellent service and I am very thankful for it.
