Every aspect of Auto Authority leaves me impressed. Not only did they get me in a time crunch to get a new tires after my tire unexpectedly blew out, but they were [like always] so diligent and knowledgeable at answering all my questions and putting me at ease -- all with a smile and true consideration. Their drop off and pick up service is phenomenal, which often times makes it possible for me to have auto repairs/services completed without it interrupting my workweek. I recommend them 100%! They have a lifelong customer with me.

Brought my Explorer in for some transmission work, first thing I notice is the degree of customer service... Friendly staff, they offered my daughter and I something to drink, and Alex even gave her a little hot wheels toy. My vehicle was quickly inspected and I was offered the chance to go into the garage myself and see what they saw. That kind of transparency is a great comfort when I know so little about my vehicles. Joel gave me a ride home while they kept my ride and they stayed in touch with me for both days they had my truck, keeping me informed about what was going on and the expenses involved. When it was finished Joel brought me back to the shop, explained everything and that was that. Now, I'm back on the road and extremely happy. I can't recommend Audio Authority strongly enough.
We love the Auto Authority! We take all of our vehicles there. I feel that they treat you like family. They let you know what work needs to be done now and what can wait..but still needs to be done. They even have financing help if you don't have the cash now. I feel like my car is in good hands and my family is safe when traveling because my car is safe. They will even pick you up and drop you off if you don't have time to wait while you get the work done on your car! Thank you Alex and everyone else at the Auto Authority. I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else.
