I have bought many tools from Harbor Freight, some of the tools are not good quality but most are good quality and the prices are good. This store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I(Ken Larson) recently bought a 10" industrial tile saw. I had a problem with water not hitting blade properly. I talked to Nick (management). He was very understanding and he took care of the problem. Also I had good experience with rest of management and employees at the store. People should be praised when they do good not only if they do wrong. Thanks,Ken
I've always liked Harbor Freight. Since sell our house I don't have a chance to get there as often. They have good merchandise for casual users
