I never post bad reviews or any reviews really but wow- I showed up for a 12:30 appt about 10 minutes early and gave them my name and sat down to wait. About 10 minutes into when my appointment should have stayed they said the stylist I booked my appt with was " busy but could "squeeze me in" in a half hr. I had just waited 20 mins right in front of them and they never thought to mention it to me! I tried to get the ONLY stylist that was mentioned positively on here but what a waste of time, gas and $. There were two chairs in one corner with others waiting patiently for their appointments that were also " running behind"... maybe you need someone who can properly schedule appointments AND a receptionist.
Katrina is the only human on earth allowed to touch my daughters thick waist length gorgeous hair and even saved us from a tragic experience which with anyone else would have ended in a hack job. She has fun doing her job and keeps my hair looking healthy even though I play with color more then recommended. She is amazing and it is a blessing to wait for.
This is the worst barber shop ever they do not know how to line up hair lines. They made my 5 year old son hairline dissaper .And my other 2 kids have bold spots and one is their harlines is half gone and curved. do not come here my ten year old son cost 15 dollars and its 10 and under is 11 dollars
Horrible !! 45 mins Cassidy h worked on my hair and I gave up. Been getting the same look for years and never had a problem and I always get different girl between cost cutters and this place... Came out looking like a poodle I went home and cut my hair myself and my friends said it looked better after I fixed it than after Cassidy h cut my hair. Not worth it at all. I probably won't be back and if I do decide to go back there Cassidy h will NOT be cutting my hair
