I have been a member here and have seen many faces come and go. The true P-Fit Employees stay and become part of the your family. Words cannot describe the moment I felt when the "Family" handed me a card and had all personal words of sympathy for the passing of my brother. That will never be forgotten. I hope the close knit family I have come to know will not change with the closing of this gym at this location for the new.
Read my 5 star review, then proceed to read the rest of them. P-fit is a well kept gym for those looking for a convenient work out. The locker rooms always smell good and are kept tidy. If you need to workout and want to go somewhere that has friendly staff, well kept facilities and a low price point, look no further.
Planet Fitness is a great place to work out. I have the Black Card Membership, and I bring along my friend to work out. I am a soccer player and this place has helped me get back into shape and maintain it during this past 2016 Winter.
When I come to work out, I don't feel like I am being judged by the staff, or other members. No matter what age, fitness condition, etc., the Oshkosh Planet Fitness is a great place to work out. I've been a member for 7 months, since November.
The place is clean, the most important part to me is checking the bathrooms and they were CLEAN!!!!! I called about billing and a girl named Karolina explained why the charges occured thoroughly, politely and professionally. I also informed her about my job schedule and she helped me resolve the best times to go to PF. Thank you Karolina in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and I hope your bosses tell you about this review even though I know this is posted publicly. Employees appreciate being acknowledged on their efforts on going "above and beyond" and deserve sweet compensation when they do as well as this young woman did. I have 30+ years in customer service and Karolina rated an "A" on her phone etiquette and efforts.
3. A very small change would be to place a small pen-holder sized receptacle on the desk next to the purple tootsie roll bucket for people to place their wrappers. The nearest receptacle is a recycle garbage can. My wrappers end up in my car.
2. I use the 30 Minute Express area and have heard several people complain that they are unable to see the light change unless they are looking towards it. If a small mirror were put up on the opposite side, it could be seen by everyone using that facility. As it is now, we count on one person in the room to tell the rest of us when it is red.
1. Since my Black Card membership costs double for the use of those facilities, it should not be my responsibility to clean those facilities after using them since the staff should be responsible for cleaning those tanning beds, hydrobed, TBE, and message chair.
Though I love the amenities, there are 3 things I would like to see happen if possible.
