This was the most dissatisfied I have ever been with a florist! I had placed an order online at 9 in the morning and by 430 the arrangement still hadn't been delivered. I called to find out the problem, was informed that they were to busy and canceled the order. However this was done with out notifying me the purchaser!! No sympathy, no apologies just an offer to deliver a different day. Use any other florist in the area! Don't give this company your business or money! We all deserve better service.
Do not go to Garden Gate for flowers or give them any business! The other reviewers giving bad reviews are correct, the new owner (Rick) is horrible. He is rude on the phone, in person and will not honor any contract you have with him. He did not provide what we contracted for and when we met with him again to discuss the contract he was not even willing to have an open and honest discussion and go through the contract. Believe the bad reviews and don't waste your time or money on Garden Gate. Rick is a fraud! I wouldn't even give the review 1 star.
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend this valentines day and was delighted by the quality and aesthetic of the bouquet. Great value, great staff, and great quality. The flowers are still as healthy as when i got them!
