Bought my son a pair of shoes and the rang up at the wrong price. When I questioned it the "manager" Eric went to check the price. Apparently only 1 size was on sale even though the sign was on top of the entire stack of shoes. No apology or trying to make it right so I returned all my items. Will not be back.
When I asked where the bathrooms were another employee folding clothes right next to us was very rude telling us to go somewhere else!
Went there on July 21st to buy some school clothes for my kids since we were in the Oshkosh area for medical appointments. They had all summer clothing, no pants! All the other stores have back to school displays and deals. Staff was friendly when we walked in buy we needed to walk around and find someone when we needed a shirt taken down from a high hook.
After he got to us and put our balance on a gift card we were finally ready to shop. My daughter need to go to the bathroom
I understand that you may not offer a public bathroom, but there was no need to be that rude!!!!
Usually decent deals of whatever is overrun or left over. It's an outlet so don't expect it to be seasonal or stock everything. I will agree with most posts that the employees lack the skills to be helpful or quick most of the time. They are mainly high school or college aged, so I guess the company gets what they pay for in terms of help and hence the outlet prices.
I walk in and find an item that doesn't have my size. So I look for a floor associate who can help, and they have none. Not a single employee on the floor, by the fitting room, nor greeting guests. (Not to mention, items are unflolded and placed in the wrong spots, on the floor, etc.) So I then get stuck waiting in line for 10 minutes just to ask if they have this product in my size and the girl working one register over cuts in and goes, "no it's camo, we don't have any other sizes. What we have is all you get." Ever so rudely. So I then walk back to return the item to its spot and when I turn around, I can see her mimicking me to her coworker making hand signals and laughing. Then when I leave, in a very snotty voice says "have a nice day!" in an overly dramatic sarcastic tone. All because I asked if they have floor associates available and if a product is in my size. Nike has greeters, 3-5 people on registers, a person by the fitting rooms, 6 different floor associates folding and tidying up the racks, constantly asking to assist any customer questions, and 2 managers browsing around at all times. UA is a joke. That lady working today at approximately 2:00pm needs to be fired, management and organizational skills need a fine tuning. This is a disgrace to even be called a business, not to mention a "customer service" field. I will never return. And judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only upset customer. FIGURE IT OUT.
I went to exchange some items. The employees were less than helpful. I waited 10 minutes for the gentalmen behind the register to get to our family. (He was folding underwear talking to a friend)
