Brought in car for detailing and was very dissapointed. When I picked it up the electric seats didn't work at all, the front bumper hadn't been touched and was told they could not get sap drops off the paint but not before they tried with some scrubbing you could see on the finish. They couldn't find a chemical to remove it but it came off easily with my fingernail. I let the car air out for a few days but still had problems with the seats (sometimes moving by themselves) and the radio changing stations. Its now been a few weeks and the seats are working some of the time but there is a relay clicking without even having the key in. The wheels looked great and the rest of it was quite clean but not worth the hassle. The windows had to wiped down from the inside when I picked it up from so much moisture coming out of the carpets/interior - you couldn't even see into the car. Customer service has been very poor, they didn't even go over the car with you when you pick it up to tell you what they did. I asked for it then they asked the woman wiping down the windows if the seats were working when it came in (she said yes) and had another guy come out and wipe down the front bumper with straight mineral spirits.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! After they screwed up I was charged an inflated price simply because the owner lies and cheats to get anything!! Would never recommend doing any service with them!!!!
