Secondly, noticed passenger airbag was off. Went back they've closed, left a voicemail no call back.
The vehicle was returned, I was told the mileage used was 909 but, found out it was not closed out from the previous rental from New York.
Tried to rent a car for the weekend because my car was out of commission until Tuesday because that is the soonest I could get it repaired. It said on their website a car was available, so I booked one, but I received a phone message later saying that they had no cars available until late Monday afternoon, about the time I wanted to return the vehicle. They told me to call so they could figure something out. So I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I tried to cancel over the phone, but they put me on hold again. I tried to cancel on their website and received an error message. Will not use this company again.
Best rates in town, very cordial. No charge for leaving your car there. Also their rentals are unlimited miles.
Unfortunately, I found a huge poisonous spider depending on where it bites, usually from upstate New York in the Nissan Altima they gave me. Almost had an accident because my kids are screaming due to the spider jumping around.
After pointing out everything, no apologies!
