I dropped in with my daughter's bike, expecting to leave it for a few repairs. They were so great-they took it in and repaired it for me right then and there. Friendly, helpful, professional and nice. What more can you ask for?

Curt, Andy and the team at Oshkosh Wheel and Sprocket have earned tremendous gratitude and respect from me through their infinite patience, professionalism and passion. Curt always has time to explain things at my level and provides helpful advice based on real experience with the items the store sells. Andy set me 'straight' with respect to my seat angle (big thanks), tire pressure and handle bar position and I've witnessed him removing a part from a trailer bike to help a family enjoy their weekend. These guys even checked over a used bike I purchased privately at no cost to me. Thanks for fueling my enthusiasm and motivation.

I took my son's bike in because the brakes were locked up. They showed me what simple fix it was, fixed it and even adjusted the brakes, all at no cost! I will be back for any repairs our family needs to their bikes!

Andy and his team at the Oshkosh Wheel & Sprocket have continued to be of great assistance to me and my family. Recently they have helped get my 8 year old and 6 year old into awesome Trek Precaliber geared bikes. Andy made our kids feel comfortable in the bike shop and made sure they were having fun during the selection of the bikes. Andy made sure the bikes properly fit the kids and made sure I was satisfied with the bikes as well. There also was plenty of on hand accessories for the kids to make sure their bikes were fully outfitted. The service after the purchase has always been professional, courteous, and fast! We have 2 happy bikers in our family, a big thanks goes out to Andy and his team!

My husband took his bike and our daughter's bike to Wheel & Sprocket in Oshkosh, WI on Monday 2/13/17. Upon dropping the bikes off, he explained that he needed new brakes on our daughter's bike and a back tire for his. The gentleman was very helpful and said they would be done in 2 days. He then said that someone would call or text him when the bikes were ready. On Friday 2/17/17 at 4 pm, my husband called the store and asked if the bikes were done. The gentleman on the phone asked for the name they were under. When my husband told him, he stated they had no one by that name who dropped bikes off. Then my husband described the bikes. The response was "oh yeah, they've been done". My husband asked why he didn't get a call or text and the response was he didn't know. When my husband told him he'd be there in 30 minutes to pick the bikes up, he was told that they were closed. (posted hours are 11am-7pm on Fridays) So, my husband said he would come and get them the next morning. To which the reply was "sorry, we're closed tomorrow". (posted hours are 10am-5pm on Saturdays). Then when my husband asked how much the final total was......he was told $390.00!!!! THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS!!! I'm not sure how much gold plating they put on these bikes but we could have bought a new one for that amount of money! Not to mention, they serviced the bike above and beyond what was requested without consulting with us first. Today (2/21/17) when my husband picked the bikes up, he voiced his frustration with how they conduct their business. I would never recommend duping your customer Wheel & Sprocket. With digital media these days....it may seal your fate. Maybe have some more compassion for the everyday bike riders who just a need a little repair. Or better yet, consult with your customer!
