Placed a rapid pick-up order, they forgot 2 of my food items and I didn't have the ability to go back to the store, they refused to give me a refund. My RAPID pick up order sat on the counter, they never called me name, I had to ask if it was my order and it was not checked, hence them forgetting 2 of my food items. When I called for a refund they were rude and I never got a follow back call from the GM. Im not from Oshkosh but I know i will never be going back to this Panera! My souffle was also burnt and tasted horrible! Worst experience ever!!
The kiosks/internet were not working to get my 5.00 off deal of the day, so the manager made sure I was able to take advantage of this plus gave me an additional treat! KUDOS
Delicious food but $5 for a mac&cheese serving that couldnt feed a starving ant.

Both the quality and portion size at this particular restaurant have been steadily slipping. Although I have made a habit of purchasing food from here regularly I can no longer recommend it. To make matters worse the management is not interesting in hearing from their customers.
