I felt like I was just a number to them. I filed taxes a few days before the deadline and they said they might need to do an extension. They never called me to say they did or did not do one and I called two months later and found out the did the extension and my taxes still weren't done. Plus I feel I was overcharged. I've never paid $170 for my taxes. They have lost a customer.
Tom said he would be done in less than a week, into the second week we called, no problem I'll have them done by end of second week. Into the third week and no response to our email about when they might be done now. Never using Tom Rothe again.
